Established in 1978, Bullard Construction, Inc. is a Texas owned company based in Addison, Texas. It is a company built on a tradition of quality and repeat service to its clients.

Bullard Construction opened their second office in 1999 in McAllen. That office is now located in McAllen serving the Rio Grande Valley.

Since founding Bullard Construction, Inc. in 1978, Ralph Bullard has brought together an experienced, professional team of Estimators, Architectural / Interior Designers and office staff to serve Texas and the Rio Grande Valley. 

Ralph Bullard, President of Bullard Construction, Inc. has many years of commercial experience in estimating, long-range planning, contract negotiations, and various stages of building. He has extensive experience in manufacturing production, management and building construction.
